GR Yaris RZHP is awesome!
Every time I drive it, I feel excitement. Thanks to the bucket seats, I can feel the G-force in my core. The quick shifter and clutch stopper make gear shifts complete in a shorter time.
The intense acceleration and sharp cornering capabilities surpass the realm where even Rikutsu-Kone-Taro can enjoy driving comfortably and cheerfully.
Therefore, Rikutsu-Kone-Taro is clinging desperately to the GR Yaris. I haven’t fully mastered the GR Yaris yet, and there’s still more performance to unleash.
Rikutsu-Kone-Taro loves driving. While not interested in watching or participating in automotive competitions, he genuinely enjoys driving seriously.
The GR Yaris runs, turns, and stops—all Bravo. It’s never boring as long as you drive a bit faster. I’m really glad to have encountered this car.
But there’s something I want to emphasize even more. That is Toyota’s service. Especially, the service at GR Garage.
I purchased the car itself from a Toyota dealer near my home, but when I expressed my wishes, they introduced me to GR Garage Kitaikebukuro. There, I bought and had installed bucket seats and a back monitor.
At GR Garage, mechanics with extensive knowledge of aftermarket parts provide swift service. As mentioned on this site, Rikutsu-Kone-Taro who was dissatisfied with the visibility of the GR Yaris had been thinking about changing parts like door mirrors and triangular window components.
Carrying several plans in mind, he consulted the mechanic to explore the feasibility concerning inspection, costs, and realizability.
The mechanic promptly disassembled (not exactly disassembled, but close) the door mirrors of a test-drive GR Yaris on the spot, considering the practicality of Rikutsu-Kone-Taro’s plan.
Instead of speculating or relying on memory, this mechanic provided Rikutsu-Kone-Taro with an opportunity to consider based on facts.
If it weren’t for the mechanic being so knowledgeable or if the car were a rare model, such service wouldn’t be available.
Providing users with the most accurate information possible to offer clear choices. That way, users don’t waste their time.
Is there any better service than this? (By the way, Rikutsu-Kone-Taro is a bit picky about services. For more information about services, click “here.”)
Rikutsu-Kone-Taro is thinking.
The GR Yaris probably had its plans and descriptions made in Japan, possibly in Japanese (or maybe English considering global expansion) from the initial planning stage in Japan.
All information about the GR Yaris is within Japan.
Therefore, there’s no need for speculations like “Because this is like that, this should be like this.” Owners don’t need to worry about the fitment of parts or the compatibility of unseen internal structures.
Speculation or conjecture is important, but only when accurate information is scarce. For the GR Yaris, this mechanic at GR Garage provides Rikutsu-Kone-Taro with the highest precision information in Japan and even performs the actual work.
There’s no need for guesswork. High-precision information is available upon investigation. And because there is an abundance of actual parts, there’s no need to be afraid of experiments.
Starting from this information and reality, think about how to enjoy it. How easy and comfortable it is.
This is an unseen benefit of buying a Japanese car in Japan.
There might be similar advantages with Suzuki, Mazda, or Honda (apparently different these days), but unfortunately, Rikutsu-Kone-Taro has no connection with these companies.
I apologize for my subjective view, but at dealerships of German or French cars, it took time to obtain necessary information and judgments from the home country. It took even more time to procure parts.
I won’t mention where, but what happens with cars from the country that protrudes like a boot into the Mediterranean… It’s unfortunate because they have many attractive products conceptually.
In the absence of a regular dealership, one might be at the mercy of rumors and end up paying unnecessary fees (perhaps what they call tuition fees?).
It’s chaotic because there’s no one in charge.
To talk specifically about Toyota, that’s why Japanese cars are the best! And I am thoroughly satisfied with Toyota’s response and service.
I am as satisfied with Toyota’s service as I am with the satisfaction of the hard aspects of the GR Yaris.
That’s it for this time.
